It serves both the users of the service (Article 12 DSA) and the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11 DSA). “DSA” refers to Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market for Digital Services.

orecast.app carries content contributed by users: published find reports and place photos attached to map points. If you consider such a contribution illegal, or in breach of our terms of use, please report it by e-mail to dsa@orecast.app. It helps if you include:

If we decide to remove a contribution or not to publish it, we tell the person who submitted it and give them the reason; they may object to the decision. Reports are reviewed by a human being — no decision on a report is taken by automated means alone.
